Harapan Wahyu Abadi Development Program (HDP)
HDP is designed to develop future leaders by providing comprehensive training and hands-on experience in various aspects of the mining industry. Through this program, fresh graduates or early-career professionals can gain in-depth knowledge of the business, technical, and operational aspects of mining, preparing them for leadership roles within the company.
HDP – Foreman Production
As a Foreman Production in our HWA Development Program, you will lead a team to oversee daily production activities, ensuring efficient and safe mining operations while meeting production targets and adhering to safety and environmental standards.
Responsibility:
- Supervise daily production activities to achieve goals.
- Ensure safety compliance and promote a safety culture.
- Monitor equipment performance and report issues.
- Conduct inspections for quality control and standards adherence.
- Train and mentor team members to improve skills.
- Collaborate with management to optimize processes.
- Prepare production performance reports and provide feedback.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in mining production or supervisory roles is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in the mining industry.
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools for production monitoring.
- Willingness to work in a challenging and dynamic environment.
