Setelah mengalami beberapa perubahan nama, akhirnya pada tanggal 21 Juli 1997 nama PT Mandala Multifinance disahkan berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Keuangan RI No. 323/KMK.017/1997. Berdasarkan keputusan tersebut, kegiatan usaha Perusahaan meliputi Sewa Guna Usaha, Anjak Piutang, Usaha Kartu Kredit, dan Pembiayaan Konsumen. Sampai saat ini Perusahaan memfokuskan diri pada kegiatan usaha pembiayaan konsumen, khususnya pembiayaan kendaraan roda dua.

Job Responsibilities:

Developing standards and practices for overall technology security and ensuring compliance, including adherence to all company policies and procedures
Conducting monitoring and control over the implementation of IT security systems in the system/applications, infrastructure, and company network to ensure smooth and effective execution
Conduct an investigation and mitigation of issues/problems (root cause analysis) related to the IT security system used by the company in order to find a solution promptly and return to normal operations.
Compile regular reports on the analysis of problem-solving that occurs within the company's IT security system (daily, weekly, monthly).
Prepare and submit recommendations for problem resolution or enhancements to the company's IT security system.
Ensure that every audit finding, whether internal or external, is promptly remediated.
Supervise the team's performance to ensure they deliver results according to business needs, standards, target timelines, and established budgets.
Perform selection and development, assign tasks and responsibilities, monitor, and evaluate performance to support the team's success

Job Requirements:

Minimum education requirement is a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology / Computer Science / Information Systems
Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology Security (Infrastructure, Systems, and Data)
Proficient and hands-on with security devices such as Firewalls, WAF, Routers, and Switches.
Proficient in SOAR, SIEM, EDR, XDR, Encryption, and SOC-related matters. • Proficient in penetration testing techniques following industry standards (black box, gray box, and white box).
Background and knowledge related to ISO 27000
Strong understanding of IT Architecture
Hold one of the certifications: CEH, CISO, CISSP•
Capable of analyzing and creating plans, schedules, with strong analytical and teamwork skills
Strong planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Proficient in computer and application-related knowledge
Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
