Responsibility:

Monitor, maintain, and manage IT infrastructure including servers, storage, and networking equipment.
Conduct routine system checks, backups, and updates for system stability and security.
Oversee network infrastructure performance to support banking operations.
Implement disaster recovery strategies for data integrity in emergencies.
Ensure IT operations comply with security policies and regulations.
Provide technical support for IT issues such as server failures and network outages.
Analyze IT capacity and plan for future growth with hardware and software upgrades.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software procurement and maintenance.
Collaborate with other IT teams to support banking applications, database and digital services.

Requirement:

Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Science, or other relevant subjects.
Minimum 1 year working experience in same position.
Proficiency in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, and storage systems.
Having knowledge of core banking system, transaction processing system, and other financial application.
Experience with virtualization technologies and cloud services.
Familiarity with network security protocols, firewalls, and data encryption.
Hands-on experience with system monitoring tools, backup and recovery solutions, and disaster recovery planning.
Willing to work on shifting schedule.
