Qualifications:

• 2 Years experiences in Vendor Management, Contract Negotiation, and Vendor Performance Assessment skills
• Understanding of IT industry trends and technologies
• Communication and Interpersonal skills
• English Communication is Must
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Main Duties:

• Team coordination and responsibility for IT procurement activities in accordance with applicable procedures at the Bank.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine vendor criteria and perform vendor evaluations.
• Search vendors for IT goods and services procurement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess vendors and provide selected vendor recommendations for Bank internal approval submissions.
• Conduct cost structure analysis of commercial offerings provided by vendors.
• Negotiate a vendor-provided commercial offer to achieve savings on the Bank side.
• Responsible for tender strategy, documentation of tender in accordance with applicable procedures.
• Manage the tender approval documents and prepare the Work Order/Purchase Order documents to the selected vendors.
• Ensure Work Order/Purchase Order is accepted by the designated vendor
• Provide support for the preparation of procedures related to IT procurement and services.
• Evaluate and analyze and register the potential vendors of the Bank's partners and ensure that the vendors have entered the category of partners in accordance with the Bank's applicable procedures
• Manage vendor legality data and conduct regular reviews to the Bank's partner vendors.
• Make an annual report on the Bank's associates list.
• Managing expenditure databases on the procurement of IT goods and services
• Maintain good relationships with IT vendors to ensure efficient and effective cooperate
• Provides support for development and management of vendor governance policies and procedures
