Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree of Information Technology/Computer Science.
• Experience as a programmer 3 to 5 years ( OMNI channel and AI plus points).
• Proficient in computer programming algorithms.
• Proficient in various programming languages, databases, & AI.
• Deep knowledge of microservices.

Job Description:

• Create an application concept based on OMNI Channels and AI to support contact center operational needs.
• Develop OMNI Channels and AI applications.
• Guide and direct team to carry out the programmer job descriptions
