Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degrees (S1) from Information Technology, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering or related major.
Min. 2-3 years of experience as IT Support
Have a good knowledge of Computer Networking (LAN, WAN, VPN), DNS, TCP / IP, Proxy, Internet & Mikrotik/Switch
Have a Good Experience of Windows Server, Manage Active Directory, File Sharing, Join Domain, User previlage, Share/Mapping Printer and Finger Print
Have a Good Experience of Email Configuration and Cyber Security
Have a good knowledge and proficient about installation, maintenance and troubleshooting both Hardware and Software
Proficiency in Design Software (Adobe, Corel) is an advantage
Have basic knowledge of Programming Language (PHP, JavaScript, VB.Net, MySQL) is an advantage
Have a good communication skill
Have a good problem-solving skills
A self-motivated, adaptable, and resourceful attitude is essential.
Willing to work in Sidoarjo, East Java
