PT Dalligent Solusi Indonesia, member of Sinarmas, is actively seeking experienced and skilled candidates to join our team as Software Developer - Strategic Prototype Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Develop and maintain backend systems using appropriate programming languages and frameworks.
Design, implement, and manage basic databases to support application functionality.
Contribute to frontend development using modern web technologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Work independently or in small teams to deliver high-quality software prototypes within tight deadlines.
Continuously learn and apply new technologies and best practices to improve development processes.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
Proficiency in backend development languages (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js, etc.).
Experience with frontend technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, etc.).
Basic understanding of database design and management (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
Business Acumen: Ability to understand and align development work with business objectives.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas and technical concepts clearly.
A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
