Responsibilities:

Create innovative and effective IT solutions to enhance business processes, improving efficiency and quality.
Build and maintain software applications tailored to business needs.
Analyze and improve existing processes using technology.
Provide support and troubleshoot technical issues.
Participate in IT projects, ensuring time efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., PHP with Laravel or CodeIgniter).
Familiarity with HR software platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, ADP) is a plus.
Strong logic and analytical thinking, good understanding of algorithms, and fluent in English.
Ability to efficiently resolve technical issues
Clear and effective communication skills.
Willing to mobile but mainly will be placed at Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang
